Postabot ("we," "us," or "our") is a social media scheduling tool operated at https://postabot.app (the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the controls you have. It applies to our website, dashboard, API, and integrations with AI assistants.

We collect the information you provide directly, such as your email address when you join our waitlist or create an account, as well as content and account connections you authorize within the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send you updates about early access and product changes, and communicate with you about your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers that help us operate the Service, or when required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your device by your browser. We use first-party cookies through Amplitude's Browser SDK to improve your experience and understand how the Service is used. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the Service from automated abuse and bots.

Turnstile also collects certain signals (such as IP address, User-Agent, and TLS fingerprint) to distinguish humans from bots. These cookies and signals do not track you across sites and are not used for advertising purposes. They cannot be disabled without potentially blocking access to our Service.
